• Estimated numbers of people (male / female) who use AND those who are suffering from alcohol and other substance use disorders for various districts, states/UTs AND the country as a whole.
• Characteristics and profile of people who use drugs and those suffering from substance use disorders in various states/UTs and country as a whole.
• Availability of and accessibility of various services for people who use alcohol / drugs.
• Information on impact of ongoing programmes on drug demand reduction (like NMBA).
• Recommendations for national and state level programmes for drug demand and harm reduction.
• Improved capacity of the country to respond at various international forums regarding drug use situation in India.
